The antibody reacts with and blocks the costimulatory activity of CD80. |
Derivation |
Spleen cells were fused with P3X63Ag8.653 myeloma cells. |

immunoglobulin; monoclonal antibody; against murine CD80 (B7-1) |
Cellular Products |
immunoglobulin; monoclonal antibody; against murine CD80 (B7-1) |
Comments |
Animals were immunized with CD80 transfected CHO cells. Spleen cells were fused with P3X63Ag8.653 myeloma cells. The antibody reacts with and blocks the costimulatory activity of CD80. It does not affect the activity of CD86 (B7-2). |
Complete Growth Medium |
The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium, Catalog No. 30-2002. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 20%.
|
