Applications |
Animals were immunized a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 257 - 271 of the HLA heavy chain. The antibody reacts with a conserved epitope in the apha 3 domain of the HLA heavy chain. In Western blots, the antibody reacts with all HLA-A and HLA-B heavy chains. It is useful for quantitation of HLA-A and HLA-B antigen expression by immunoblotting. |
