Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI/HindIII--3.1, 2.6. Matches the pattern of the DNA sent by the depositor. An EcoRI/HindIII double digest shows an insert fragment size of 3.1 kb. Codominant segregation of the MspI polymorphism has been demonstrated in 40 3-generation families.
