This virus produces respiratory and reproductive disease in pigs. Strain is used for the production of vaccine against porcine respiratory and reproductive syndrome. -70C Inoculate 2-3 day-old confluent monolayers with undiluted or 1:10 dilution of virus stock. After 1 hour add culture medium containing 2% FBS. |
