Comments |
Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): HindIII/NotI--3.3, 1.3; EcoRI--3.6, 1.1. Based on the size of the insert and the alignment with GenBank X74801 (1901 nt, CDS 1-1635), this clone appears to contain part of the coding region. The cDNAs (>95%) are cloned directionally with the 5' end adjacent to the M13 reverse primer and HindIII. |
